Lima Cowl
A cowl for every occasion!
Whether you love a toasty cozy around your neck, tall enough to pull up over your ears kind of cowl or you’re jazzing up a plain top without too much warmth, this pattern is for you. It’s knitted in the round in an easy to memorize stitch repeat. Instructions are given for each weight of yarn from fingering to bulky!
Fingering weight
Emma’s Yarn Super Silky, 80% super wash merino wool, 20% silk, 100g/400 yards shown in the color Glamping.
US size 4 (3.5 mm) 16 or 24 inch circular needle.
Gauge: 20 sts and 32 rows = 4 inches.
Sport weight
Beautiful Syster Nature Dyed American Wool (Non Superwash), 90% dorset 10% babydoll, 100g/250 yards shown in the color Marigold.
US size 5 (3.75 mm) 16 or 24 inch circular needle.
Gauge: 18 sts and 28 rows = 4 inches.
DK

US size 6 (4.0 mm) 16 or 24 inch circular needle.
Gauge: 16.5 sts and 28 rows = 4 inches.
Worsted
