It is a stockinette- & garter-stitch, rectangle shawl.
It was inspired by the colours of self-striping yarns.
These yarns are sold in a pair so the pattern looks like 2 rectangles joining together.
But it is knitted in one piece with stockinette-stitch as stripes.
Any yarn and colours will be great for it.

I do not know what is the total yardage used.
