H 5.0 mm hook
Scissors
Yarn Needle

STITCH KEY:
ch: chain
st: stitch
sl st: slip stitch
sc: single crochet
hdc: half double crochet
bphdc: back post half double crochet
blo: back loop only
fo: fasten off
