Let it Snow! Ski Hat
Let it Snow! Ski Hat is knit in the round from the brim up. Instructions for a knit-in-hem are included, but if you prefer, simply sew the hem neatly to inside when finished. All measurements are given in US and metric.
MATERIALS
Yarn: Worsted weight
Main Color: 120 (130, 140) yd / 110 (120, 130) m
Color A: 80 (90, 100) yd / 75 (80, 90) m
Color B: 30 (40, 50) yd / 35 (40, 45) m
Scrap Yarn: 5 yards of a cotton yarn of high contrast to main color for provisional cast on. See notes.
Needles:
US 4 / 3.5 mm and
US 5 / 3.75 mm
Notions: 1 stitch marker (or more if you place markers between pattern repeats), tape measure, and tapestry needle for weaving ends.
GAUGE
21 stitches and 30 rows to 4 inches over Snowflake Motif using US 5 / 3.75 mm needles
