Gauge is not important, if you want the shawl to be lacy, you can try a bigger size needle.
An apology to knitters - not much info for this sample yarn since it is imported from another county, the sample used was a total of 126g / 4.5oz). 100% wool
Use longer needle for the edge. It is going to be over 1000 stitches. Made sure the wire attaches to the needle secured, so don’t cry later:))
