Layered Ruffle Sweater
The ruffles on this sweater are easy to make and highlight a flattering, low neckline. Worked as separate panels with elastic cord crocheted into the top edges, they are sewn onto the body of the garment in layers. To turn the sweater into a dress, simply add length at the bottom and finish with several rows of single crochet at the hem.
