PATTERN NOTES

Laya is a light, airy cardigan with an easy to memorize lace pattern reminiscent of suns and flowers. It has an open front and icord edging for a clean, wearable finish.

The cardigan is worked seamlessly from the top down. The back and sleeves are cast on first, and the shoulders and neckline are formed raglan shaping. The body is worked flat and the sleeves are worked in the round from the underarm to the cuff.

Finished bust measurement: 34 (38, 42, 46) (50, 54, 58)(62, 66, 70)” / 86.5 (96.5, 107, 117)(127, 137, 147.5)(157.5, 168, 178) cm at the bust.
Recommended 1-3” / 2.5-7.5cm of positive ease.

Yarn: Fingering weight, approx. 750 (900, 1000, 1100)(1200, 1350, 1500)(1600, 1750, 1900) yards / 685 (825, 940, 1000)(1100, 1230, 1370)(1450, 1600, 1740) meters.
