4 mm, or the size you need to get a comfortable fabric with your yarn
60 or 80 cm circular needles

Yarn
Handspun yarn or a 2 ply yarn
This shawl is designed be knit with handspun but can of course be knit with any yarn.

Gauge
18 stitches x 30 rows = 10 cm in garter lace stitch pattern

Construction
The Lammas Shawl is a narrow and long shawl knit from tip to tip. It has an easy lace patterm and an i-cord edging.
