Lambing Shed
This pattern celebrates the rustic beauty of fleece coloured wool- specifically Daughter of a Shepherd yarn.
Skills required: Cast on and work in the round, knitting through back loop, magic loop (if using a circular needle)
Notions:
Stitch marker
Tapestry needle
Large safety pin or small stitch holder
Pom-pom maker
Hat Sizing: S/M: to fit 56-58cm head (M/L: to fit 59-61cm head) Model wears S/M size and has a head circumference of 57cm.
Mitt sizing: S/M (M/L) adult hand, fitting with up to 3-4cm negative ease around palm – see schematic for detail.
The stretchy barred rib stitch pattern in two sizes means a fit should be found for the majority of adult head sizes. If The mitts also come in two sizes, with ribbing ensuring a good fit on wrists and hands.
