Inspired by Claire Beauchamp Randall Fraser from the Outlander series by Diane Galbaldon. I read the books long before they became a TV series. I’d always imagined Jamie to be “bigger.”

Designed for Sock Knitters Anonymous July 2018 Lace Challenge. A solid colorway is recommended to showcase the lace. Beading is optional (minimum of 112 beads, if you choose to do a little beading).

Sample was knit with Invictus Yarns Master of My Feet in the Revved Colorway and Toho, size 8/0 round seed beads (gold, lined black).

Medium size pair with 6-1/2 inch leg and 9-3/4 inch foot required about 340 yds.

8/1/2018 ERRATA for Medium Decorative Toe (Chart H): Rows 13/14, columns 14/18 and Rows 15/16, columns 15/17 should be purls. Row 17, column 16 should be p3tog. PDF v3 has been corrected.
