Pattern #14 on page 36 in Magic Crochet.
Photo on page 37. Filet pattern has a stylized flower with two scrolls at the base; edging has zig-zag bottom edge with picots.
According to the pattern: to determine the amount of thread required for your project, we recommend completing one motif, measuring and weighing it, then using the resulting figures to calculate the total amount of thread you will need. Keep in mind that the 22 rows of one motif are 3 1/4” long. Displayed as edging for a round table and a quart-size bucket; photograph has some brushes in a container and two homemade soaps.
Pattern consists of 3 3/4” wide crocheted lace ribbon. Repeat rows 3-24 as many times as necessary for desired length.
