Kumula Tie Scarf is an easy to knit tube scarf worked in stockinette stitch with Cashmere Kumula. The scarf has a slit at the bottom, making it handy to style the scarf in different ways.

The scarf is worked in the round with a short ribbing at both ends. At one end a slit opening is worked flat with an I-cord edging along the slit.

SIZES: Slim & Short (Slim & Long) Wide & Short
Width: 18 (18) 32 cm.
Length: Approx. 88 (170) 75-80 cm.

MATERIALS:
Yarn Quality: Gepard Cashmere Kumula - 100% cashmere, 25 g = approx. 145 mtr.
Yardage: 2 (4) 4 balls of 25 g.

Needles: 4.5 mm short circular needle in Japanese bamboo from Seeknit and Gepard.

Tip for choise of needles! The slim scarves can be worked on an interchangeable circular needle with a combo of a 5 cm and a 10 cm needle tip + a short wire of 20 cm. If using a ½ number thinner needle tip on left side (ie. 5 cm) the stitches will slide easier and you won’t have to stretch the stitch. The wide scarf can be worked with a needle combo of a 10 cm and a 12.5 cm needle tip + a wire of 25 cm.

Gauge: 18 sts = 10 cm in stockinette stitch with Cashmere Kumula on 4.5 mm needles.
