An 18 row neckwarmer, designed while chatting with my cousin Kristin who has scleroderma. She was telling me how much the cold weather and being cold can be devastating for those with this terrible disease. As we chatted on facebook (I live in Italy, she lives in Pennsylvania), I remembered I had this great Naturalia yarn in my stash and thought – while we are chatting why not design and make a cowl for Kristin? As I knit I sent her photos to keep her up on the progress.. an hour and a half later.. Kristin’s Kowl was done!
It’s a simple neckwarmer that closes with 3 buttons. I chose an ultrasoft 100% natural wool yarn, Naturalia, for its loft and softness.
