This was my holiday project when getting ready for Ally Pally 2012, I wanted a flower type wrap/shawl/scarf thing using Kidsilk, I tried several different patterns, but none gave the effect I wanted, so I tried to design a flower using the best bits (with some tweaks to improve the shape) from about 5 different patterns! This was great for a holiday as it is light, to work with and light to carry—the whole project is just 100g! (and I crocheted on the plane!)
If making this in 4 colours, you will need 4 x 25g balls of Kidsilk, but you might want it in one colour and you will probably only need 3 balls.
