Knitted Counterpane
“I send you a pattern of a knitted counterpane, which I can specially recommend as being a really handsome one. It should be finished by a border.”
Recommended:
- No. 6 knitting cotton
- No. 14 steel needles
As this counterpane is formed in squares, knit three more of these pieces, which when sewed together will form a square, taking care to have the raised part in the centre to look like a star; finish with border and fringe. Use No. 6 knitting cotton and No. 14 steel needles.
