This is a pattern for two variations of a knit crown, which can be easily modified to fit a variety of head sizes.

Uses 2 ply of worsted weight yarn on US size 11 needles for a large crown (fits a head about 26 inches around), or 1 ply of worsted weight yarn on US size 8 needles for a small crown (fits a head about 17 inches around)
