KING GEORGE SOCKS by Twinset & Purl
Inspired by the Bridgerton spin off, Queen Charlotte, I designed the King George using a twisted stitch pattern called ‘Wheat’. Using this stitch pattern seemed apt for ‘Farmer’ George! The twisted stitches can be worked without a cable needle as described in the special stitches box.

Pattern Information
Sizes: 1 (Adult M, 64 sts)/ 2 (Adult L, 72 sts)
To fit approximately 8-inch (20 cm)/9-inch (22.5 cm) foot circumference.

Yarn: Malabrigo Ultimate Sock (75% SW Merino Wool/25% Nylon) 100g/425m (464yds) in the Caramel colour way.

Needles: 2.5 mm / US 1.5 (or size needed to get gauge)

Gauge: 8 sts & 12 rounds = 1 inch / 2.5 cm in stocking stitch
