Note
This is a front open vest worked from the top down. Back is worked to hem with shoulder shaping with short rows. For front, stitches are picked up from left and right shoulders, and it is worked to hem with stitch patterns and increases. Fringes are attached at the bottom of front. Sleeve stitches are picked up around armhole and worked.
