Kelmscott Tank Top
“This top was inspired by William Morris’s marigold and sunflower pattern,” says Mary Henderson. “Using a DK yarn makes it a fairly quick knit. It is knitted in the round to the armholes, then split to work with the back and front in rows.” Mary’s project is knitted in Morris, the new yarn from West Yorkshire Spinners which has colours by the pioneer of the arts and crafts movement, William Morris.
