Kambalda
Wildly colorful and rich in texture, this scarf brings bold delight to every crocheter! Worked from the bottom, each color is worked over the others, using a delicate picot edging to help keep the changes neat. This results in stitches that positively dance off the fabric.
MATERIALS
- Yarn: 2 sets (10 mini skeins) of Sweet Georgia Yarns Party of Five in Tough Love Sock in Blueberry Cobbler and Hearth; 525 yd / 480 m per bag; 80% Superwash Merino, 20% Nylon
- Hook: U.S. G/6 (4 mm)
- Yarn needle to weave in ends
GAUGE
- 21 sts and 12 rows = 4” (10 cm) in st patt, after blocking
FINISHED SIZE
- 9″ (22.5 cm) wide and 66″ (168 cm) long
The Kambalda scarf is adjustable and you can make it narrower or wider by working fewer or more st pattern repeats (multiple of 2 plus 1 st) and/or shorter or longer by working fewer or more row repeats of the stitch pattern (one PR consists of 4 rows).
The pattern has been professionally tech edited.
