Kae Waistcoat
Waistcoat worked from the bottom up.
Front peaks are worked flat. The peaks are joined in a short flat section in which the back stitches are cast on. The body is then worked in the round with a steek at the centre front. Pocket openings are set up and the linings joined. Fronts and back are divided at the armholes and worked flat separately.
Shoulders are joined with a 3 needle bind off.
Front and armhole edging is crochet.
Charts are given for a selection of OXO and peerie patterns so the knitter can choose which to use, and when to use them.
