A pair each of No. 111 and No. 9 (10) Beehive knitting needles.
A medium size crochet hook

Measurements:
To fit 32-32 (30-32) inch bust; length from top of shoulders 19 (18 1/2) inches; sleeve seam 18 1/2 inches.

Tensions:
8 (8 1/2) sts to an inch.
