Joyous hat
Having a bit of light hearted fun with this one…
This cone shaped hat is just adorable. Knitted in the round from the bottom up in stranded knitting and 4 color changes.
The seemingly contemporary looking star is charted for your knitting pleasure and the entire pattern is written. There is also a how to photo tutorial included to create the optional and very adorable Tassel/Pom.
For sizes 20” and 22.5” head circumference. The perfect topper for teens and adults~
Yarn:
A DK weight yarn called Bambon in a blend of Bamboo and Cotton. Knit kits in the portions needed for both sizes with the free in kit pattern are available at www.yarnz2go.com
Alternatively use:
C1 70/90 yards as shown blue
C2 40/60 yards as shown mustard
C3 40/60 yards as shown lavender
C4 50/70 yards as shown peach
Notions needed:
US size 6 (4mm) circular needle 16” (40 cm) in length.
US size 6 (4 mm) double pointed needles

Darning needle
Gauge:
