This modern and timeless cardigan is knitted from the the top down, seamless, with a beautifully worked reglan and an asymetric buttoning. Sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch to balance the double seed stitch body and its large collar will warm up your little fellows!

Gauge:
17 stitches and 28 rows = 10 cm in double seed stitch.
19 stitches x 25 rows = 10 cm in stockinette stitch.

Stitches:
Double seed stitch worked flat.
Stockinette stitch worked flat and in the round.
2:2 rib worked flat and in the round.

Yarn & Notions:

• 4-5-6-7 8-9-10-11 balls of Mongolia 5 by Fonty (wool 85%, baby yack 15%, 90 m/50 g) or approx. 350-400-500-550 650-750-850-950 meter/ 380-440-490-600 710-820-930-1040 yds of any other worsted  yarn to get gauge.
• Circular needles to get gauge (suggested size: 5 mm/US#8)
• 8 stitch markers.
• Scrap yarn to put stitches on hold.
• 5-5-6-6 6-8-8-8 buttons.

Ce gilet à la fois intemporel et moderne se tricote du haut vers le bas, sans couture, avec un raglan joliment travaillé et un boutonnage légèrement asymétrique. Les manches en jersey viennent équilibrer le corps en point de blé et son grand col viendra réchauffer les petits cous de vos aventuriers !

• 4-4-5-6 7-8-9-10 pelotes de Mongolia 5 de Fonty (85% laine et 15% bébé yack, 90 m/50 g) ou approx. 300-350-450-500 600-700-800-900 mètres de tout autre fil de type «worsted » permettant d’obtenir l’échantillon.
• Aiguilles circulaires nécessaires pour obtenir l’échantillon (taille suggérée : 5 mm)
• 8 anneaux marqueurs.
• Un peu de laine contrastée pour mettre les mailles en attente.
