Yarn A: Spincycle Yarns Dyed in the Wool (sport weight; 100%
American wool; 183 m / 200 yes per 56 g skein)
Shade: Deep Bump; 2 skeins
Yarn B: Sincere Sheep, Cormo Sport (sport weight; 100% American
Cormo wool; 366 m / 400 yds per 113 g skein)
Shade: Quercus; 1 skein
Gauge: 22 sts & 38 rounds = 10 cm / 4” over brioche pattern on 3.25 mm needles after blocking. 26 sts & 34 rounds = 10 cm / 4” over reverse stocking stitch on 3.25 mm needles after blocking.
Needles: 3.25 mm / US 3 circular needle, 40 cm / 16” length. Always use a needle size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking.
Notions:
2 stitch markers, smooth scrap yarn in a similar weight as working yarn and a 3.25 mm / US D/3 crochet hook (or similar) for provisional cast on, spare needle in same or smaller size, tapestry needle.
