Ivyle

Ivyle is an A-line garment is worked in one piece from the bottom up the the armholes, then the front and back are divided to work separately back and forth. After seaming the shoulders, the sleeves are worked from the top down.
It is intended to be worn with 1-3” / 2.4-7.5 cm of positive ease. Sample shown in size 34.5 “ / 87.5 cm.
The width and repeats of the lace panel varies with the size.
Lace instructions in chart format only.
Additional gauge information:
- unblocked gauge: 25 sts & 40 rows = 4” (10 cm) in St st
- one repeat of lace panel = 1.5” high
Additional information on the recommended yarn (The Fibre Company Meadow):
- 2 (2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 4, 4) skeins needed.
- grows (row gauge decreases) after blocking. If substituting with a yarn that maintains the blocked gauge, use the measurements given in the schematic.
Actual yardage: 990 (1050, 1111, 1247, 1352, 1469, 1618, 1774, 1893) yds / 900 (955, 1010, 1134, 1230, 1336, 1471, 1613, 1721) m.
