Front and Back are worked separately from the bottom up, then the shoulders are joined using a 3-needle bind off and the side seams are sewn together.
Stitches are picked up around the neck and armhole edges and worked for cowl neck and armhole edges.
A circular needle (size 10 & 10 1/2) is used for the Front and Back to accommodate the large number of sts at a large gauge. Do not join; work back and forth in rows.
