Intertwine
Finished Measurements at bust: 32 (34 ¾, 37 ¼, 41 ¼, 44, 46 ¾, 50 ¾, 53 ¼, 57 ¼)”
Intertwine is seamless, but is worked in two pieces- the top and short sleeves are worked in the round, from the top down, in one piece. The bottom is worked in the round, from the bottom up, in one piece in a simple lace pattern. The two pieces are then joined using the Three Needle Bind Off method.
Materials:
Primo fingering by The Plucky Knitter (75% merino, 20% cashmere, 5% nylon; 100 gram hank = approx 385 yards)
• 3 (3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4, 4, 5) skeins
•Approx yards- 860 (945, 1025, 1130, 1215, 1330, 1430, 1520, 1655) yds
Needles:
• One 16” circ needles size US 5 (3.75 mm). (for neck)
• Two each 24” circ needles size US 5 (3.75 mm). (for yoke and bottom body)
• One set of double pointed needles (dpns) size US 5 (3.75 mm). (for sleeves)
• One size 6 (4 mm) needle. (for Three Needle Bind Off)
Or size to obtain gauge.
Notions:
• Stitch markers
• Large stitch holders or waste yarn.
Gauge: 24 sts and 32 rnds = 4” in Stockinette Stitch. Take time to save time, check your gauge.
