Coaster: 5” (13 cm).

Materials
Queensland Collection Coastal Cotton Fine yarn (100% cotton, 3.5 oz/100 g, 350 yd/320 m) – 1 skein each in 2003 Porcelain (CA), 2001 Jet (CB), and 2023 Persimmon (CC), or approximately 55 yd (50.5 m) in CA, 36 yd (33 m) in CB, and 2 yd (2 m) in CC in any fine weight, cotton yarn.

For the single thickness version, you can make 6-7 coasters from the 3 skeins of yarn.

For the double thickness version, you can make 3-4 coasters from the 3 skeins of yarn.

US Size 7-4.5 mm crochet hook, or any size needed to obtain correct gauge.

Stitch marker.

Yarn needle.

Optional: For the felt backed variation, you will also need felt sheets and fabric glue.

Gauge
Holding 2 strands of yarn through Round 10 in pattern for Head = 4.5” (11.5 cm) diameter. Exact gauge is not critical for this project.
