Hydrangea Flower Coat
An elegant and warm coat worked in a tweedy aran yarn, that’s light but cosy thanks to its mixture of wool and alpaca fibre.
The small hydrangea motif is simple enough for a first intarsia project and the colourwork bands are charted in full.
All trims, including the shawl collar, are finished in moss stitch and the coat is worked in pieces and seamed together. Designed to fit with 5cm to 11cm (2in to 4.5in) positive ease when buttoned.
