Humma Butterfly Halter was inspired by one of my favorite hindi songs named “Humma”. I saw the actress dancing to its tune wearing a crop top and instantly knew I had to design something like that. The end result looks nothing like it though. :P

When I started designing it, an upturned butterfly formed on its own. I designed this halter-neck crop top for my daughter, Shaman.

She loves tassels and everything shaky to dance with it. So I added the mesh and tassels into the design.

The design of this top is simple to make and works up quickly. It is a an easy project. The mesh in the center and the tassels just adds a bit of fun to this simple yet unique design.

If you do not have the above mentioned yarn, then you can use any DK (11 wpi) yarn which you may have.
