Houndstooth Vest
by Rachel Erin
Designed for all the young professors, architects, and other vintage inclined men in my life, this vest was inspired by a request from my husband for a vest that would fit over a button-down shirt, under a jacket, and would look good at work. Based on a vintage silhouette, it has a close fit and refined details.
I loved working with this yarn. Good American substitutes include: Berocco Ultra Light, Knitpicks Elegance, Rowan Felted Tweed, Classic Elite Fresco, or other drapey, DK, plied wools.
