Hooded Newborn Wrap
This snuggly newborn baby wrap is the perfect thing to bring your precious baby home from hospital all snug as a bug in a rug.
Any Aran or Worsted weight yarn would work for this project however, I recommend the Bendigo Woollen Mills Luxury yarn as comes in a large 200gm ball which means fewer ends to weave in and it is a lovely soft and cuddly yarn in 100% wool which makes it very warm and fire retardant as well.
This pattern is knit back and forth over circular needles in stockinette stitch with a simple edging. The hood is knit separately and sewn to the wrap when finished.
Knitting Level: Easy
Size: Length - 41” (104 cms) when measured from the tip of the hood to the bottom corner Width - 27” (69 cms) from side corner to side corner.
