Hood and Shawl Combined
This pattern was published in September 1886.
This is a comfortable close-fitting hood, and the shawl comes down nicely over the neck and shoulders. It is equally suitable for a lady’s opera hood or for a baby to wear out in the garden, and can be made either size by the following directions: From two ounces to four ounces of best white Shetland wool will be required, a bone crochet needle, No. 9, and 2½ yards of 1¾-inch wide ribbon.
