Yarn Valley Yarns Southwick (52% pima cotton, 48% bamboo; 105 yd 92 m/1¾ oz 50 g): #24 yellow, 10 (11, 12, 13, 14) skeins. Yarn distributed by WEBS.

Needles Hem—size 5 (3.75 mm): 24–40” circular (cir), depending on size you are making. Body and sleeves—size 6 (4 mm): 24–40” cir and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Markers (m); stitch holders; tapestry needle.

Gauge 21 sts and 28 rows = 4” in St st on larger needle; 25 sts = about 4” in lace patt on larger needle.

Traditional set-in sleeves receive a little help from the crown effect of a pretty stitch pattern. The stitch creates a scallop at the cuff and a “puff” at the top that lends itself to the cap’s bell shape. The otherwise clean lines of the Honey Pullover make this detail a focal point.
