High Street Ascot
A simple seed-stitch cowl gets a lift from a merino-cashmere- silk-blend yarn and a gentle pleat. A ribbed collar keeps the cowl tight against the neck while allowing the seed stitch section to drape beautifully.
Size 21” circumference and 8½“ high
Yarn Sweet Georgia Trinity Worsted (70% superwash merino, 20% cashmere, 10% silk; 200 yd 182 m/115 g):
• sapphire, 2 skeins
Gauge 21 sts and 34 rows = 4” in seed st
Tools
• Size 6 (4 mm): 16” circular (cir) needle and one double-pointed needle (dpn)
• Markers (m)
• Tapestry needle
