Welcome a new kitty into your home. This felted feline promises never to get into your yarn. Knit in wool held along with a novelty “fur” yarn.

Yarn Requirements: For a kitty as shown in pattern, use a strand of wool that felts easily and a strand of novelty “fur” yarn or long haired mohair. Shown in 8 ply Woolpak from Baabajoes Wool Co., held with a strand of Baby Monkey from SR Kertzer.

Yardage: Approximately 180 yards of feltable wool and 150 yards of novelty yarn (if making kitty as shown). Yardage will vary if using different size needles or if you are using one yarn throughout.

Needles: Size 11, 24” ciruclar and 2 size 13 double pointed needles.
