Knit it two ways!
This gorgeous, asymmetric lacy scarf uses just one skein of fingering/sock weight yarn and 4.5mm needles!
Using garter and openwork stitches, you start at one end and continue knitting until you run out of yarn. Fantastic stash buster! The blue scarf and orange scarf is knit in with lots of open work. The magenta scarf has less open work, but is just as beautiful. You will receive patterns for both versions.
Openwork is created by casting off stitches on one row and yarn overs on the following row.
You may use any yarn weight. Please use slightly larger needles than you would normally use.
Scarves shown on US size 12 dressform.
Approximate measurements, after blocking:
58 inches across neck edge
15 inches deep
Enjoy!
