The neckband of Gregory Courtney’s Herringbone Scarf (page 8) makes a nice pattern on its own. It’s modified here as a headband that begins and ends with I-cord ties. This headband is worked with DK-weight yarn; try a heavier or lighter yarn (adjusting needle size as necessary) for a wider or narrower band.
