Haymaker
Haymaker is a highly wearable rectangular scarf made to be a staple piece that will last you through cold days for years to come. With a timeless design, it offers an interesting texture created by slipped stitches and a wide ribbing in both ends. It’s a relaxing knit for the experienced knitter, and a fun next step for the beginner knitter who wants to explore new textures.
Pattern notes
Haymaker is knitted in one piece from end to end. It is mirrored, meaning it begins and ends with a long rib, and the pattern repeats are worked in between these two ends.
This pattern includes instructions for a light fingering version and a worsted version. Instructions for the light fingering one are written out first, followed by instructions for the worsted one (in parentheses).
