Hawaiian Tattoo Socks
Hawaiian Tattoo Socks PATTERN is a toe-up sock pattern using 2 different fingering weight yarns for Womens size Medium.
HAWAIIAN TATTOO SOCKS are Fair-Isle knitted with a wave-and-triangle pattern in one color yarn, and another color for the background, heel, toe and cuff. I used a 50 gram ball of yarn of each color for 1 pair.
As a lifelong admirer of the islands (hence the name AlohaBlu) I created this as an homage to Hawaiian history, culture and of course, the wonderful people living the Aloha Spirit.
~~
This pattern is suitable for advanced beginner to intermediate knitters and includes color charts for the instep and foot. The pattern is in digital (.pdf) form.
