Sized to fit an average woman’s head
You will need a circular needle, size US 6 (4 mm) US 8 (5.0 mm) approximately 40” (100 cm) for Magic Loop method, or shorter circulars or double-pointed needles, if you choose.

You will need a circular needle, size US 6 (4 mm) US 8 (5.0 mm) approximately 40” (100 cm) for Magic Loop method, or shorter circulars or double-pointed needles, if you choose.

Using serpent cable throughout the hat, scarf and mittens in this design all pieces have a well-defined pattern. The hat is knitted on circular needles and the mittens on double pointed needles so there is no seam.
