The stitch pattern on the leg was taken from The Harmony Guide to Knitting Stitches—Volume 2, and adapted for knitting circularly.
The sock has a French heel and wedge toe.

Please note that row 2 of the heel flap should read: K3, *Sl1P, K1; repeat from * to last 4 stitches, Sl1P, K3.
