This pattern can be purchased individually or as a part of the Trade Winds Texture Collection.

The harmattan is a strong, largely cold, dry, northeasterly trade wind that blows from the Sahara over Western Africa, and into the Atlantic in mid-November through mid-March. It carries enough dust that it interferes with aircraft operations and even settles on the decks of ships. This hat is built with enough texture to withstand such a wind. Its design features cables that take their inspiration from the arched doorways of the region. Sized from infant to large adult, you can make enough to warm all your friends and family.
