Hanlith Baby Hat
by Jane Ellison
For this pattern I used:
Yarn & Amounts: One 100g hank of WYS Bluefaced Leicester DK – Undyed (100% Bluefaced Leicester wool, 225m per 100g).
Metres: approx. 100(150:200)m
My design ideas and advice: This hat is knitted in my favourite stitch and simply made into a hat. I designed this one for new knitters that wanted to progress on from knitted squares or scarves. This is ideal because it is still knitted straight up – until the last few rows and then you can practise decreasing. For more experienced knitters I feel it is the perfect weekend project. For everyone it is the perfect gift, a hand knitted accessory in a favourite shade of a gorgeous yarn to keep the recipient feeling warm and happy.
