Hand Motif

I wrote this pattern to remember and celebrate those with rare diseases. Created as a flat motif, this pattern can be used in a variety of ways! I would love to see how you decide to use it!
Materials
Worsted Weight Yarn in brand and color of choice
In this pattern I used: Caron Simply Soft in Watermelon, Pistachio, and Blue Mint
Size G/4.0mm hook (or preferred hook size)
Stitch Marker(s)
Scissors
Tapestry needle
Stitches Used:
ch – Chain
Hdc – half double crochet
hdc2tog – half double crochet 2 stitches together (decrease)
Hdcinc – half double crochet increase
sl st – Slip stitch
FO – Fasten Off
