Yarn: Bernat Handicrafter Cotton white and black
Hook: 4.5 mm hook (7)

Finished Dimensions: 3.75 across (the widest part of the skull), 3.5 tall down the centre of the skull

Finished Dimensions using a 4.0 mm hook: 3.5 across (the widest part of the skull), 3.4 tall down the centre of the skull

I have also tried this pattern using a 4.0 mm (G) hook with the same yarn and it turns out just a smidgen smaller and still fits around the mason jar as a Halloween Embellishment :)
