The Growing Through It cowl is fun to knit and is easily adjustable. This leafy pattern “grows” up quickly in worsted weight yarn and would make a lovely gift for a knitworthy friend or relative. If desired, the I-cord edging could be worked in a contrasting color to add more flair. The inspiration for this design was surviving a difficult time and seeing the little sprouts of hope poking through the sorrow. Knitting often brings some peace and contentment into my day, and I hope knitting this cowl does the same for you.
