gridlock
Many of you know that I have never been adept at stranded colorwork! So, a few year years ago, I took a class from Mary Jane Mucklestone, who taught me how to hold my yarn and “pick” with my left and “throw” with my right. So I decided that I needed to conquer my fear and develop a pattern to practice on. GRIDLOCK emerged! First as a graphic Cowl and then as hat to go with it.
I think, after knitting 3 sets, I am at least a competent stranded colorwork knitter!
