I designed this lightweight layer for those times of year when the seasons are changing. The large triangular panels are easy to knit and fit together for a figure-flattering effect. With two main colors, two different stitch patterns, and side panels and edge accents in a third color, this pieces looks like it involves body shaping without any specific increases or decreases, other than those used in the triangles. The corrugated-rib front bands and striped sleeves add interest to the large expanses of solid color. Rather than using buttons. I chose linked closures as a fun contrast to the simple shapes.
